Leadership

Judgment is the only thing that survives contact with a real organisation.

The premise

Most leadership training sells a framework: five habits, four quadrants, a grid. Frameworks are useful the way a map is useful - right up until the ground stops matching it.

What actually holds under pressure is attention. The willingness to see what is in front of you before deciding what it means. Everything else in this practice is downstream of that one discipline.

How the work goes

It starts with a real problem. Not a competency gap - an actual decision you are avoiding, or a room you keep losing.

It gets specific fast. Generic advice is free and worth it. The useful question is always about this person, this quarter, this conversation.

It ends when you no longer need it. The measure of the work is how quickly you stop calling.
